Primo Corso: 

Melissa’s Meatball & Mozzarella A meatball drizzled with marinara toppled with fresh mozzarella cheese and a fresh basil leaf. Paired with ~ 2017 Masi Costasera Amarone della Valpolicella Classico 

Secondo Corso: 

Roberto’s Famous Cesar Salad Fresh crisp romaine, tossed with a Tuscan Cesar dressing, topped with garlic croutons, and finished with fresh grated and shaved parmesan cheese. Paired with ~ 2022 Santa Margherita Pinot Grigio 

Terzo Corso: 

The Godfather’s Lasagna Layers of beef, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese and pasta topped with Roberto’s Sicilian Marinara & shaved mozzarella cheese. Paired with~ 2019 Santa Margherita Chianti Classico 

Quarto Corso: 

Sicilian Cannoli Sweet ricotta cream, chocolate chips, and pistachios inside a crisp cannoli shell. Paired with~ 2021 Roco Gravel Road Pinot Noir
